今年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年。十年来，处于“一带一路”交汇点上的江苏，着力推动东西双向开放互济，人流、物流、数据流和经贸往来深度交汇，与“一带一路”共建国家贸易规模显著扩大、贸易结构持续优化。This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. Holding a unique position in both the land-based and maritime trade routes, Jiangsu has been promoting opening-up and facilitating the flow of people, logistics and data under the framework over the past decade.据南京海关统计，江苏与“一带一路”共建国家进出口总额从2013年的1.16万亿元扩大到2022年的2.23万亿元，年均增长6.5%。十年间，江苏对共建“一带一路”国家进出口总额累计达到15.4万亿元。Jiangsu’s trade with countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative increased from 1.16 trillion yuan in 2013 to 2.23 trillion yuan in 2022, achieving an annual average growth rate of 6.5%, according to Nanjing Customs.Over the past decade, Jiangsu has significantly expanded its trade volume with BRI countries and also optimized its trade structure, resulting in a total imports and exports value of 15.4 trillion yuan.走进中哈（连云港）物流合作基地，可以看到远洋货轮与中欧班列同框出镜。作为“一带一路”国际经贸合作首个实体平台项目，目前合作基地运输的货品涉及家电、医药、建材400多个品种，已经成为亚欧跨境运输重要集结中心。One notable example of the province’s active role in the BRI is the China-Kazakhstan (Lianyungang) logistics cooperation base, which was launched in 2014 as the first infrastructure project under the initiative. Currently, the base handles more than 400 types of products, including home appliances, medicine and building materials, making it a crucial hub for goods transportation between Asia and Europe.今年1—9月，江苏中欧班列共开行1667列、货值238.4亿元，同比分别增长13.4%和13.5%。货物抵港后直接卸船分流、装车发运，整体过境效率提升75%，企业成本降低60%。In addition, Jiangsu recorded 1,667 China-Europe freight train trips and a total cargo value of 23.84 billion yuan in the first nine months of the year, marking year-on-year increases of 13.4% and 13.5%, respectively. Meanwhile, Nanjing Customs has continuously streamlined its services to enhance trade efficiency and lower costs for enterprises.下一步，江苏将深入推进落实“一带一路”国际合作，推动跨境电商综合试验区建设，深化RCEP等自贸协定利用，推进高质量共建“一带一路”行稳致远。Looking ahead, the province will further promote international cooperation within the BRI framework, advance the construction of integrated cross-border e-commerce pilot zones, and deepen the implementation of the RCEP and other trade agreements, ensuring the stable and quality growth of the BRI.
